These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and x111g ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the x111g website, mobile interface and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using x111g.

x111g operates as an online casino and sports betting information platform. The Platform provides guidance on gaming categories, account management, payment options and responsible gambling practices for informational purposes. Users are solely responsible for understanding their legal obligations before engaging in any gambling activity.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on x111g, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited where permitted by law.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a nominee, agent or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or wagering.
• You understand and accept that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction, including by the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 in Pakistan, and you assume full personal responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform.
• You are not currently subject to a Self-Exclusion order or any voluntary or involuntary ban from gambling services.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, consultant, agent or immediate family member of x111g or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries or technology partners.

Each individual may hold only one Account on x111g. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person — whether using the same or different personal details, devices or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information. You undertake to keep this information updated throughout the duration of your Account. x111g accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activities conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Logging out of your Account after each session on shared or public devices;
• Notifying x111g immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account via [email protected].

x111g reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that shows signs of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, multi-accounting or any other breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

All funds deposited into your x111g Account must originate from a payment method that is legally owned and operated by you. The use of third-party payment accounts — including those owned by family members — is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by the Platform in writing.

Available deposit methods are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may include options familiar to Pakistani users, such as bank transfers and mobile wallet services. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity only. These providers do not endorse, support or affiliate with x111g as a gambling operator. Actual method availability is subject to the operator's current cashier configuration and applicable financial regulations.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are defined within the cashier section and are subject to change.
• x111g does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance upon clearance by the payment provider. x111g is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Pakistani banking institutions.
• x111g reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including deposits from payment sources flagged for compliance reasons.
• Currency: Account balances are maintained in the currency designated during registration. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is the designated currency, all transactions will be processed in PKR subject to applicable conversion rates where relevant.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, which must be satisfied before any withdrawal may be processed:

• Your Account must have completed the required KYC verification process, including identity and age verification.
• There must be no pending investigation or compliance review on your Account.
• Any active bonus funds must have met their applicable wagering requirements, or you must elect to forfeit the bonus (which may forfeit associated winnings) prior to withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the Platform's published minimum withdrawal threshold.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible, for anti-money-laundering (AML) purposes.

x111g reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds or where activity patterns raise AML concerns. Compliance with such requests is a condition of withdrawal processing. Users who refuse to cooperate with EDD procedures may have their Account suspended pending further investigation.

x111g may offer various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a stated wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified per offer.
• Minimum Odds: Certain bonuses, particularly those linked to sportsbook activity, may require bets to be placed at minimum odds (e.g., 1.50 or greater) to qualify toward wagering requirements.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Unused or incomplete bonuses will expire at the end of the validity window, along with any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time.
• Bonus Abuse: The use of strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — including low-risk hedging techniques, multi-accounting, syndicate wagering or any form of co-ordinated bonus farming — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. x111g reserves the right to void all associated winnings and permanently close any Account engaged in such activity.
• Right to Withdraw: x111g reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Illustrative bonus amounts quoted on the Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000" or "up to PKR 10,000 migration bonus") are indicative only. Actual bonus values depend on deposit amounts, eligibility criteria and the specific promotional terms applicable at the time of registration. Always review the current offer terms before depositing.

All wagers placed on x111g — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets or any other offering — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Users may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the Platform, except where a specific "cash out" or "bet edit" feature has been explicitly offered for the relevant market.
• x111g reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market or event that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, technical error or data feed failure. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the User's Account.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per event, market and game type, as displayed within the Platform.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). x111g does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, x111g's determination — based on official results from recognised data providers — shall be final.
• x111g offers markets on Pakistan cricket (including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral series), football leagues, UFC events and other sporting events. Market availability is subject to change without prior notice.

x111g is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly limits on the total amount that may be deposited into the Account.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum net loss a User may sustain within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Automatic notifications alerting Users to the duration of their active session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions lasting from 24 hours up to six weeks, during which the User cannot deposit or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal request to be excluded from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Once a Self-Exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the specified period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x111g and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or access the Platform without express written consent;
• Creating multiple Accounts or facilitating multi-accounting by third parties;
• Using VPN, proxy or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Users to exploit games or betting markets;
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any other unlawful financial activity;
• Engaging in chargebacks, reversals or unauthorised payment disputes through your bank or payment provider without first contacting x111g;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• Providing false identity, age or payment information during registration or KYC;
• Harassing, abusing or threatening x111g staff or other Users through any communication channel.

All content on the x111g Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, text content, promotional materials and data compilations — is the exclusive property of x111g or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling any Platform software;
• Using x111g branding or trademarks in any manner that could mislead the public or imply an unauthorised affiliation with the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x111g, its directors, officers, employees, agents, technology partners and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through the use of the Platform;
• Temporary unavailability or technical errors affecting the Platform;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions;
• Loss of data, unauthorised access or security breaches attributable to a User's failure to protect their login credentials;
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal or regulatory advice.

Either party may terminate the User's Account at any time. Users may close their Account by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure (less any applicable deductions permitted under these Terms) will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review.

x111g reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of:

• Any breach of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion or other illegal activity;
• Failure to satisfy KYC or EDD requirements;
• An active Self-Exclusion or cooling-off request;
• Legal or regulatory requirements obliging account closure.

In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity or material breach, x111g reserves the right to withhold some or all Account balances pending investigation and/or report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

x111g reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via in-platform notification or email to the address registered on the Account. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on this page unless stated otherwise.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. We encourage Users to review this page periodically for updates.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x111g holds its operating licence. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon request from our support team.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling is subject to domestic legal restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and accept full personal responsibility for ensuring their use of the Platform is lawful within their jurisdiction. x111g makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
